Construction of a multi-purpose cattle market on the outskirts of Dingwall including car parking lots for 200 cars with a further 200 - space overflow. As well as the forming of major roadworks off the A9 road, the project also included the construction of an effluent and treatment drying plant.

The complex was designed to cope with an annual throughput of 25,000 cattle and 250,000 sheep. The heart of the complex is the central concourse which provides access to the livestock pens and the sale ring which can hold 250 people seated.
